LONGCHEER TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Senai, Johor is hiring a Process Engineer / Equipment Engineer (fresh graduate).

You will support daily production processes and equipment operations, working with manufacturing systems and technical teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. The role offers structured technical training, exposure to new factory setup, and opportunities to coordinate with the China technical team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with China headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production processes and equipment operations.
• Set up, maintain and improve manufacturing processes or equipment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment abnormalities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support process optimisation, yield improvement and equipment efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports, work instructions and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production, quality and China technical teams.
• Support new product introduction and equipment installation when required.

Key responsibilities

Support daily production processes and equipment operations

Set up, maintain and improve manufacturing processes or equipment

Troubleshoot process and equipment abnormalities

Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Support process optimisation, yield improvement and equipment efficiency

Prepare technical reports, work instructions and maintenance records

Coordinate with production, quality and China technical teams

Support new product introduction and equipment installation when required

About you

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or a related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided

Experienced candidates in semiconductor or manufacturing are also welcome

Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently

Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
