Job summary

Unearthed Productions Private Ltd is seeking a Production Executive to drive seamless AV delivery from concept to completion. You will bridge creative vision with technical execution in high-pressure live environments and own end-to-end event production.

This role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on leadership for onsite safety and budget control. Weekend work and travel may be required based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of events, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of AV services.
• Partner with clients pre-event to scope AV requirements and provide quotes, and conduct post-event After-Action Reviews (AAR).
• Liaise and negotiate with external contractors, venues, and suppliers to secure additional AV support and fabrication.
• Create project timelines, single-line drawings, risk assessments, and secure necessary permits/Professional Engineer (PE) endorsements.
• Act as the onsite production lead and Site Safety Supervisor during live events to ensure seamless delivery and strict H&S compliance.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure production stays within budget, escalating potential overruns to leadership.
• Manage and maintain equipment inventory, coordinating rentals or purchases while optimizing cost efficiencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements to consistently upgrade AV service standards.
• Other tasks assigned by Senior Production Executive/Production Manager.

As a Production Executive, you will be the driving force behind the seamless technical execution of our events from concept to completion. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical reality. Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of events, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of AV services.

Partner with clients pre-event to scope AV requirements and provide quotes, and conduct post-event After-Action Reviews (AAR).

Requirements

Experience managing end-to-end production for live events or activations.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.

A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills onsite and offsite.

Solid knowledge of AV, staging, logistics, and site production requirements.

Understanding of permits, H&S regulations, and risk management procedures.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams while taking full ownership of your production deliverables.

Strong communication and time management skills with commercial awareness of project goals.

Availability & Flexibility - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
