Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions in Batu Kawan, Malaysia seeks an experienced Production Executive to lead a production team focused on box-build products, ensuring output, quality, and on-time delivery to meet customer requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading production teams including Group Leaders, Supervisors, or operators.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with hands-on box-build or system-level assembly.
• Experience in medical device or other highly regulated environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, manpower utilization, WIP, and production performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Oversee box-build products to ensure output, quality, delivery, and performance meet requirements.
• Monitor production performance, WIP, manpower, material availability, and take actions to address gaps.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Group Leaders and team members.
• Ensure employees are trained, qualified, and competent per procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, efficiency, quality, yield, and costs.
• Ensure activities comply with approved procedures, instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production reports (output, WIP, material status).
• Maintain clean, organized, safe production area with 5S principles.
• Promote safety culture and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, FDA).
• Assist development and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.
