Haemonetics is seeking a production leader in Batu Kawan, Malaysia to drive daily through monthly targets for box-build manufacturing. You will ensure output, quality and delivery meet customer requirements while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.

The role requires hands-on supervision of teams, strong production planning skills and experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supervising production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management and WIP.
• Experience in box-build manufacturing or system-level assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the production team to hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Oversee box-build products to ensure output, quality, delivery and performance meet requirements.
• Monitor WIP, manpower, materials and performance indicators; address gaps.
