Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years leading manufacturing teams, including supervisors or team leads.
• Experience in box-build manufacturing or system-level assembly is preferred.
• Experience in medical device or highly regulated environments is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Take responsibility for box-build production output, quality, delivery and performance.
• Monitor WIP, manpower, material availability and other key indicators; address gaps.
• Provide coaching and development to Group Leaders and operators.
• Ensure training, qualifications and adherence to procedures and work instructions.
