Job summary

Unifrozen Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Production Exec to lead day-to-day food production operations, ensuring schedules meet customer deadlines and collaborating with R&D on ready-to-eat meals that align with retailer specifications.

You will standardize recipes and packaging, uphold strict GMP/HACCP standards, monitor hygiene and cold chain, and drive waste reduction and cost improvements while coordinating production operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food/Beverage Technology or equivalent required.
• Good communication with workers, team, and management.
• 3+ years of experience in food production.
• Able to assist a team of Production Operators and technicians.
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining high GMP/HACCP standards.
• Cooking skills beneficial.
