Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD software.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as on-the-job-training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and supervisory support to the Operation Manager.
• Coordinate production processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Optimize workflows and implement strategies for resource efficiency and cost-effective production.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop effective solutions.
• Implement production improvement projects and facility upgrades.
