Job summary

LINKTEL TECHNOLOGIES SDN.BHD. in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking a Production Executive to coordinate daily production plans and monitor progress to ensure on-time orders.

The role involves managing line personnel, materials and equipment, maintaining 6S and safety standards, and collaborating with materials, quality, engineering and other departments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years' hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on production experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or the optical industry.
• Familiar with production flow, on-site management, 6S and basic concepts of yield and capacity.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong Chinese language proficiency (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting), ERP, and MES systems.
• Familiar with quality and process improvement tools, including Poka-Yoke, 8D reports, GR&R, and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production plans and follow up production progress to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Manage production line personnel, materials and equipment to ensure smooth production and meet efficiency targets.
• Monitor production yield, loss, output and various KPIs, and handle production abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with materials, warehouse, quality, engineering and other departments to solve on-site production problems.
• Implement on-site 6S management, safety production standards and company regulations.
• Assist superiors in projects including capacity improvement, cost control and process optimization.
