Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a production support staff to assist in the transfer of new products from Japan, study requirements, and design or modify tools and equipment. You will develop working instructions, standards, and process documents and ensure compliance.

On top of daily production support, you will train AP Leaders/Supervisors, provide on‑the‑job training for new staff, translate ECN instructions into production lines, investigate CAPA issues, and collaborate with HQ Engineering to

• Organize production line setup for a new product transfer from Japan by studying product requirements, manufacturing method and designing/modifying tools and equipment.
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents and ensure they are followed.
• Provide daily production support through troubleshooting and continuous process improvement.
• Communicate with HQ Engineering Team to request support on technical issues.
• Design and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures and gauges for manufacturing process.
• Maintain and validate Tools, Fixtures and Gauges before use.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by Department Manager.

• Develop training for AP Leader/Supervisor as main AP Trainer (OJT Trainer).
• Provide Basic Training for new production staff, and update product on skill map every 6 months.
• Translate and implement the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) instructions into production line and revise all related internal document.
• lnvestigate and take corrective action on overvencing technical problem (CAPA).
• Provide Daily Production Support through troubleshoothing, practical problem solving and continuous process improvement.
• Communicate with HQ Engineering Team to request support on technical issues.
• Design and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures and gauges for manufacturing process.
• Maintain and validate the Tools, Fixture and Gauges before uses.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
• Any other ad hoc tasks given by Department Manager.

Salary = RM 2,500 ~ RM 4,000
** Inclusive with allowance stated below
