Zcal Technology (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a production assistant with SPM/ Diploma. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred. Responsibilities include supporting supervisors, scheduling, planning, and productivity tracking in a busy production floor.

The role requires fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, plus proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Willingness to work shifts/overtime and respond calmly to on-site emergencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• SPM or Diploma holder acceptable.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing environment preferred, with supervision knowledge.
• Able to assist supervisors in manpower scheduling, production planning, and productivity tracking.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Disciplined, attentive to detail, and able to handle on-site emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in monitoring attendance, discipline, and performance of production line workers.
• Help daily production planning and manpower allocation to meet deadlines.
• Monitor production capacity, material availability, and equipment status; report abnormalities.
• Oversee product quality, SOPs, and efficiency; assist in resolving on-site issues.
• Record production data and prepare daily production reports.
• Ensure production area safety and cleanliness; enforce PPE usage.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees.

• Follow up on production capacity, material availability, and equipment status, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Supervise product quality, standard operating procedures, and efficiency during production, and assist in resolving on-site issues.
• Record production data (e.g. output, rejection rate, working hours) and help prepare daily production reports.
• Ensure the production area is safe and clean, and remind workers to use personal protective equipment properly.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new employees on job responsibilities and standard operating procedures.
