Job summary
Ascension Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee daily production activities in a Singapore EMS environment. You will drive continuous improvement, manage tooling, and coordinate across Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure targets are met.
Requirements include a Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 1 year in manufacturing. AWS and performance bonus accompany the role, with outpatient medical and dental benefits.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiar with ERP/SAP systems and MES.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily production activities to achieve targets.
- Lead and support continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
- Manage production tools, jigs and fixtures for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot production, process and assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain MES data and production documentation.
