Job summary

Well-established Singapore EMS Provider MNC is seeking a Production Manager to lead Production, Engineering and Quality in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting. You will set objectives, coach teams, and drive lean initiatives, automation and process improvements to meet output, quality and delivery targets.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years in leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in EMS, electronics or automotive.
• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience overseeing Production, Engineering and/or Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Production, Engineering and Quality functions and mentor Assistant Managers.
• Establish departmental objectives, KPIs and performance targets aligned with company goals.
• Coach and develop team members, promote cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure production plans are executed to achieve output, quality and delivery targets.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs: OEE, on-time delivery, defects, scrap and rework; drive corrective actions.
