Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Added Advantage: Experience in extrusion or rubber manufacturing and familiarity with ISO standards and quality requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work effectively with different departments to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to achieve output and efficiency targets.
• Ensure production schedules are carried out according to plan.
• Control production rejects and wastage, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Analyze production and quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Optimize manpower and develop production team capabilities.
