Job summary

Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Polymer Science and at least 3 years of experience are preferred; exposure to extrusion or rubber manufacturing and ISO standards is an added advantage. Strong analytics and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Added Advantage: Experience in extrusion or rubber manufacturing and familiarity with ISO standards and quality requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work effectively with different departments to achieve production targets.
