IPS INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is urgently hiring for 2 Full-Time Production Engineer positions. Ideal candidates will support production operations, improve efficiency, and ensure production targets are met according to company standards.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience will be considered. Key responsibilities include monitoring production KPIs, coordinating materials, and managing prototype production activities.

Production Engineer (2 Full-Time Positions Available) - Urgently Hiring

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will support production operations, improve manufacturing efficiency, coordinate materials and processes, and ensure production targets are achieved according to company standards. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and achieve production KPI targets set by Management.

Coordinate materials, equipment and resources required for production through Bill of Materials (BOM).

Plan production activities, prepare work orders, and maintain drawing distribution records.

Track material usage and monitor production progress on a daily basis.

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product completion and delivery.

Manage prototype production activities, including assembly and testing.

Estimate labor hours, production costs and material requirements.

Prepare production reports and documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
