AIM Automation Solution is seeking an Engineer to support machine assembly, integration and production engineering. You will review drawings, verify designs for manufacturing, and resolve assembly problems while coordinating withMechanical, Electrical and Software teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Electrical/Electronics/Automation and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of drawings, GD&T and tolerances.

Review mechanical and electrical drawings before production.
Verify that designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing and assembly.
Identify potential production problems before assembly begins.
Provide technical clarification to production technicians.
Support engineering during design changes and modifications.
Ensure engineering requirements are correctly translated into production activities.
Support the production team during machine assembly.
Verify mechanical assembly according to drawings and specifications.
Check component fitment, alignment, tolerances and assembly sequence.
Support pneumatic, electrical and control-system integration.
Identify and resolve assembly problems.
Ensure machines are assembled according to approved engineering requirements.
Investigate mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and production-related problems.
Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers where required.
Support machine debugging and optimization.
Record recurring technical problems and develop preventive solutions.
Work closely with Project Engineers throughout machine build and integration.
Monitor technical progress of assigned projects.
Highlight technical risks that may affect project schedule or delivery.
Support FAT preparation and machine readiness.
Assist with FAT punch-list rectification.
Support installation and SAT activities when required.
Develop and improve assembly methods and production processes.
Identify bottlenecks, rework and unnecessary production activities.
Improve machine build efficiency and quality.
Develop standard assembly methods and work instructions.
Introduce lessons learned from previous projects into future builds.
Verify production work against drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Support inspection and testing activities.
Prepare and maintain production engineering documents.
Maintain technical records of modifications and improvements.
Support preparation of checklists, inspection records and test documents.
Ensure engineering changes are properly communicated to production.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in factory automation, special-purpose machinery, machine building, manufacturing, assembly automation, industrial equipment, production engineering, or equipment integration will be preferred.
Candidates with a good understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T and tolerances, machine assembly, pneumatics, mechanical mechanisms, bearings, linear guides, actuators, sensors, jigs, and fixtures will have an added advantage.
Strong interest in machine automation and industrial equipment.
Able to work under project deadlines.
Good attitude and open to constructive criticism.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fresh graduates with strong practical or hands-on exposure are also encouraged to apply.
