Job summary

Season Malaysia Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Production Controller to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations in our Seberang Perai facility. You will translate sales orders into work orders, schedule production, monitor efficiency, and collaborate with logistics to meet delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in a production environment, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong SAP knowledge with fluent English, Mandarin, and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mathematics, production, or management.
• 4–5 years in a production environment as Production Controller.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to coordinate production schedules.
• Proficient in SAP and production control systems.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production supervision in line with quality and quantity specs.
• Control and monitor production efficiency to meet customer OTD.
• Generate Work Orders from Sales Orders and schedule production.
• Translate MPS into daily/weekly production plans for SMT, Through-Hole, Box Build, and Testing.
• Plan capacity and resource planning; identify bottlenecks with engineering.
• Work with Logistics on shipment arrangement and daily delivery schedule.
• Monitor Work Order Ageing and ensure targets are met.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job description

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate production supervises in the supervisory of product manufacturing in accordance with thequality and quantity specification in a timely manner.

Control & Monitoring Production Efficiency to meet customer OTD

Based on CTB & production capacity to response on Sales Order Confirmation

Generate Work Order according to Sales Order

Production Scheduling based on production capacity & CTB material status

Monitor production daily output & Efficiency

Rescheduling (pull in / push out) upon customer request if any change on SO

Work with Logistic on shipment arrangement & generate Daily Delivery Schedule OTD & OTTR reporting

Monitor Work Order Ageing status and make sure meeting target.

Translate MPS into detailed daily/weekly production plans for SMT, Through-Hole, Box Build, and Testing processes. Capacity and Resource Planning: (a) Analyze production capacity vs. load and identify bottlenecks. (b) Work with production and engineering teams to optimize line utilization and balance workloads.

Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Education Level: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree inMathmatics / Production / Management or any field

Working Experience: Minimum 4-5 years production environment working experience as Production Controller.

Skillset: Have an interpersonal skills/proficient in organization and production planning.

Strong knowledge of PC-based/mainframe SAP and production control systems.

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Relationship driven strategically minded individual with very strong communication skill and leadership abilities.
