Job summary

• Manage overall planning of scheduled orders for assigned customers, ensuring deliveries meet requirements.
• Review and optimize forecast/demand versus loading trends for customers.
• Ensure customer requirements and special instructions are documented and met.
• Verify information on travelers and other issuing forms.
• Drive production to shorten cycle time and improve on-time delivery (OTD).
• Communicate product status with ASE Sales and customers promptly.
• Provide accurate customer reports in a timely fashion.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and revise plans after internal review.
• Coordinate urgent ad-hoc customer requests with ASE internal teams.

Managing the overall production control activities on forecast fulfillment, demand and output commitment, OTD and cycle time that meets the goals of the company and expectation of customer

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall planning of assigned customers scheduling orders, deliveries and ensuring customers delivery requirements are achieved.


• Review, analyze and optimize customers’ forecast / demand vs actual loading trend.


• Ensure customer requirements / special instructions are documented and meeting specification.


• Responsible to verify information on travelers and other issuing forms.


• Driving production for shorter cycle time and OTD performance.


• Communicate status of products with ASE Sales / customers in timely manner.


• Provide accurate customers’ reports in timely manner.


• Expedite operations that delay schedules and provide revise schedules to customer after internal review.


• Communicate customer’s ad hoc urgent request with ASE internal relevant personnel in order to support customer needs.


• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
