Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a hands-on production operations leader to oversee the glove dipping line, monitor parameters, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant manufacturing with strong cross‑functional collaboration. You will plan daily compounding planning, manage material usage, work with suppliers and engineering, and lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the glove dipping production line, driving performance across production output, operational cost, glove quality, and line downtime.
Parameter Monitoring: Monitor machine line parameters closely, log and report any process deviations, and implement swift corrective actions with production teams.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify process bottlenecks or machinery issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime and continuous line operation.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align targets for product quality, operational output, line utilization, chemical reduction, and zero accidents.
Daily Planning: Formulate and execute daily compounding plans based on specific product types and schedule requirements.
Material Usage & Tracking: Plan latex and chemical consumption per product type. Track, log, and report latex consumption on a daily and monthly basis.
Quality & Supply Standard: Ensure the compounded latex supplied to dipping lines consistently satisfies standard technical specifications and quality requirements.
Supplier Collaboration: Work alongside internal/external suppliers and engineering team members to lower chemical consumption and costs without compromising glove quality.
Formulation Improvement: Conduct continuous research and formulation adjustments to optimize costs and enhance final glove properties.
Process Engineering: Study, develop, and implement new process controls, optimization techniques, and re-engineering plans to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
Innovation Projects: Propose and lead innovation initiatives aligned with company business goals to enhance productivity and lower operational cost per unit.
Safety & Housekeeping: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and 5S/housekeeping practices in full compliance with industrial safety and health requirements.
Staff Training: Conduct structured technical training for production supervisors, line operators, and workers on chemical handling, process parameters, and glove production principles.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records and process logs for auditing and compliance purposes.
Execute additional technical or operational tasks as instructed by immediate superiors.
Exercise decision-making authority within approved operational process procedures and work instructions.
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent from a recognized university.
Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP systems or relevant ERP production modules is preferred.
