Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP production modules preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and systematic follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication across operators to upper management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day glove dipping operations, target output, cost, quality, and line uptime.
• Monitor machine parameters, log deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and safety targets.
• Lead daily compounding planning and monitor latex/chemical consumption.
• Drive process improvements, new controls, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure safety, 5S housekeeping, and proper training records.
