Job summary

BD Kedah Kulim is seeking a Compounding Operator to ensure all compounding procedures meet B.O.Ps and to maintain smooth supply of process chemicals to production. The role supports the Compounding Supervisor and handles base lattice churn and waste alcohol recovery processes.

Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Latex Technology or related discipline, or SPM with 3+ years relevant experience is required. Excellent housekeeping and safety practices are essential at the Kulim site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Latex Technology or related discipline.
• SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compounding procedures conform to B.O.Ps.
• Responsible for daily process chemicals stock check and ensure the smooth supply of process chemicals to production.
• Assist Compounding Supervisor in carrying out daily work activities.
• Responsible for all churn compounding of base lattices.
• Responsible for recovering all waste alcohol penetrated from dip room by processing them through alcohol recovery plant.
• Ensure good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
