Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planner (For Malaysians Only) to manage production schedules and ensure smooth operations across departments at its Kulai site. You will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to guarantee material availability, monitor workflows, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

Candidates should have a Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 2–4 years of production planning

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demands and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports on production performance.
