Upright Talent in Malaysia, Johor, Kulai is seeking an administration-focused role within a multinational metal industry group. The position involves handling production order administration, tracking orders, preparing forms and reports, and coordinating with Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Handle production order administration and distribution.
• Track production orders and update status.
• Prepare production forms, reports and requisitions.
• Coordinate requisitions with the Purchasing team.
• Update daily production reports.
• Support production planning when required.
• Prepare time entry and maintenance documents.
• Input data and generate system reports.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and records.
• Support other production-related tasks as assigned.
