Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support openings, refits, and remerchandising across our network. You will ensure VM standards, store presentation, and staff product knowledge align with our guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years merchandising or retail experience.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Own transport with valid license.
• Willing to travel for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist VM team in new store openings, refits, and remerchandising.
• Ensure in-stock positioning, product display, and store presentation.
• Support staff product knowledge aligned with Company standards.
• Participate in stock takes, audits, and stock reviews.
• Provide VM support for events and promotional activities.
• Assist training on display guidelines and visibility at POS.

Job description

Assist the Visual Merchandising (VM) team in the overall process of new store openings, store refits, and remerchandising by ensuring in-stock positioning, merchandise display, store presentation, and staff product knowledge are aligned with the Company’s standards — with the goal of enhancing customer experience and increasing market share.

Assist in setting up new stores to ensure VM standards, product display, and store presentation are achieved before opening.

Support merchandising and display exercises to enhance stock presentation and store ambiance.

Participate in periodic merchandise displays, audit exercises, and stock reviews to ensure adequate supply of merchandise.

Involve in stock-take exercises to ensure accuracy of store inventory.

Provide VM support for stores, company events, and promotional activities when required.

Support training on product display guidelines, provide job coaching, and ensure visibility of products at point-of-sale.

Job Requirements

Preferably 2 years of working experience in a merchandising or retail store.

Approachable, demonstrates team spirit, and can adapt to flexible working schedules.

Able to work as a team or independently.

Preferably possess own transport with VALID LICENSE (transport allowance will be provided - traveling allowance).

Willing to travel outstation and carry out night duties including weekends (allowance will be provided).
