Job summary

MY E.G. Services Berhad (MYEG) is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver AI and Avatar training to employees and customers in a clear, practical manner. The role involves running 2-3 day sessions with hands-on activities and guiding participants through practical exercises.

You will explain AI concepts, system features, and digital tools, and help keep training content up-to-date. Strong communication, presentation, and bilingual skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates from other fields with good computer skills and strong interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of AI and digital technology.
• Comfortable using computers, software, and learning new digital tools.
• Good communication, presentation, and people skills.
• Confident speaking in front of groups and conducting training sessions.
• Able to explain technical information in a simple and clear way.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Stay updated on AI technology, digital tools, and new product features.
• Represent the company professionally during training sessions, workshops, and customer meetings.
