Job summary

Info-Tech System Integrators (M) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding the Info-Tech Academy in Malaysia and seeks an AI Trainer to deliver HRD Corp AI training and develop practical learning content for adult learners.

The successful candidate will teach tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and similar Generative AI platforms, while preparing materials and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in delivering training, coaching, lecturing, or facilitating learning programmes.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Experience in prompt engineering and practical AI applications is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

If you enjoy sharing knowledge, developing learning content, and helping others embrace Artificial Intelligence, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct HRD Corp training courses related to AI and digital skills.

Deliver practical and engaging training for adult learners.

Teach AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Deepseek, Dola, Claude and other Generative AI tools.

Guide learners on using AI for workplace productivity.

Prepare training materials, exercises and assessments.

Monitor learners’ progress and provide guidance.

Maintain training and attendance records.

Ensure training meets HRD Corp requirements.

Keep updated with the latest AI tools and trends.

Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging AI technologies.

Professional certification in training (e.g. HRD Corp Accredited Trainer or Train-the-Trainer certification) will be an added advantage.

Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
