Job summary

ASE Electronics Malaysia seeks a Diploma-qualified Electrical & Electronics Engineer to monitor and provide real-time support for engineering lots on hold, perform Stop/Start actions, and update PROMIS dispositions per engineering guidelines.

Responsibilities include offline low‑yield validation, data collection for analysis, test program validation, and ensuring compliance with engineering procedures, specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
