ASE Semiconductor (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Diploma holder to support engineering lots, perform Start/Stop actions, and update PROMIS dispositions according to guidelines. You will participate in offline low yield validation, collect and analyze data, and assist in product qualification activities.
Additionally, you will help maintain setup files and product recipes, coordinate with engineers, and support manufacturing operations with shift readiness as required.
Monitor and provide real-time support for engineering lots on hold.
Perform Stop/Start actions and update PROMIS dispositions according to engineering guidelines.
Conduct offline low yield validation and assist in yield improvement activities.
Collect, compile, and evaluate engineering data for analysis and troubleshooting.
Execute test program validation and support product qualification activities.
Review workstation (WS) data and coordinate with engineers on low yield lot disposition.
Perform specification checks and validate product requirements in TRS.
Generate product recipes for Tel P8 platforms.
Create and maintain DCC and Integrator product setup files.
Support Production in resolving line issues and product-related concerns.
Manage correlation unit and wafer inventory.
Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
