Job summary

Zhong Ma Equipment Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive individual to support warranty claims and after-sales processes. You will handle documentation for warranty submissions, track inquiries, and help drive service quality across the 3S model (Sales, Spare parts, After-sales).

Join a team expanding to strengthen customer service and sales support. Suitable candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of coordinating with HOD and service teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Record all parts warranty claims and prepare submissions.
• Investigate problems, prepare reports, obtain solutions and advise HOD to solve customers' complaints.
• Monitor and analyse competitors' activities and provide reports to enhance sales productivity.

Job description

- To record all parts warranty claim and prepare submission.
- To investigate problems, prepare reports, obtain solutions and make recommendations to HOD in order to solve customers' complaints.
- To monitor and analyse market competitors' activities and to provide relevant report and information to enhance sales productivity.
- To issue service job card, parts requisition order and related documents.
- To provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and warranty claim.
