Job summary

Transmedic Group is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote optical/ophthalmology products and services across the central region in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, grow market share, and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Travel and own car are required, and candidates should be fully vaccinated for covid-19. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and have at least 3 years of sales experience, with strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Optical/ Optometry / Ophthalmology / Medical Science or Life Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and own car.
• Fully vaccinated for covid-19.

• Promote products and services to attract customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote products and services on behalf of a company to attract customers and drive sales
• Identifies business opportunities and proactively develop strategic account primarily for central region including any territories assigned
• Responsible for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability within territories assigned
• Committed to learn new products as required and be excel in technical know-how of all products available
• Cultivates and maintains good rapport with customer by providing support, information and guidance
• Attends sales activities such as meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars
• Ensures and facilitates a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion
• Contribute to the team in ensuring a good teamwork to achieve the given KPIs

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Degree holder in Optical/ Optometry /Ophthalmology / Medical Science/ Life Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales
• High caliber fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
