Job summary

Transmedic Group is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote optical/ophthalmology products and services across the central region in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, grow market share, and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Travel and own car are required, and candidates should be fully vaccinated for covid-19. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and have at least 3 years of sales experience, with strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Optical/ Optometry / Ophthalmology / Medical Science or Life Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and own car.
• Fully vaccinated for covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to attract customers and drive sales.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic accounts for central region and assigned territories.
• Grow revenue, increase market share, and contribute to company profitability.
• Learn new products and maintain technical know-how.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers with support and guidance.
• Attend sales activities: meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars.
• Ensure smooth cross-department communication to avoid confusion.
• Contribute to team to achieve KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
