Job summary

One Axis Digital Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a junior Product/PM support role in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist the Product Manager with gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with Development, UI/UX and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of related experience are welcome. Mandarin and English fluency are valued to support product activities in a multi-laceted tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, software engineering, business, information systems or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Good logical thinking, learning ability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager in collecting, organizing, analyzing and following up on product requirements.
• Assist in preparing PRDs, functional specifications, user flows and other product documentation.
• Follow up on requirements throughout the design, development, testing and release process.
• Communicate and coordinate with Development, UI/UX, QA and other teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist with product testing, issue tracking and organizing user feedback.
• Gradually take ownership of simple product requirements or modules as familiarity grows.
