Cyklop Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales-focused product specialist to collaborate with development, UX/UI designers, QA, and stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate launches, assist in documenting features and user manuals, and advocate for a user-centered UX approach to deliver intuitive experiences. The role requires travel willingness and strong English/Malay (Mandarin a plus).

Competenze

Min 3-5 years direct sales experience in Coding and Marking.
Preference for technical/electronic knowledge.
Experience in B2B and B2C business models.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.

Mansioni

Collaborate with development, UX/UI, QA and stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
Coordinate and support product launches, including release plans.
Create and maintain product documentation such as user manuals and release notes.
Advocate for user-centered design and collaborate with UX/UI for intuitive UX.
Monitor competitors' sales activities and market trends for competitive analysis.
