Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

This role requires international assignment to Malaysia. You will serve as a key liaison both within and outside the company and be an important early member of the subsidiary.
Assist in managing local products and other related matters.
Support communication and data handling with local OEM factories and the supply chain.
Collect and analyze market information and development trends to provide insights for new product research and development.
Effectively monitor the progress of various product projects to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication and feedback related to new and existing products internally, and externally assist in handling customer complaints or appeals.
Execute tasks related to product development meetings, including planning, organizing, recording, and tracking progress.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
