Responsibilities

• Represent Quality in innovation, customization and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures.
• Product Quality Planning and management.
• Product and component parts approval (First Lot Approval and Product Approval).
• Initialize and approve Initial Sample Inspection.
• Coordination and processing of First Article Inspection.
• Coordination and processing of customer claims (8D reports and Nonconformance report ).
• Deviation approval and management.
• Ensuring the CE! /CEX requirements.
• Supporting change requests and approval processes (quality perspective).
• Supporting in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.

We are looking for Product Quality Engineer who is highly motivated and further develop their quality management and problem-solving skill.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional team to support job role needs such as managing product quality plan and customer complains.

• Preferably Japanese speaking for business needs.
