Job summary

Haleon in Malaysia is seeking a Product Owner who will provide technical leadership for locally or globally manufactured products, ensuring robust processes and product quality attributes at all times.

You will own the product lifecycle, define CPPs and CQAs, develop the Product Control Strategy, and collaborate with operations, R&D and QA to drive risk-based decisions, validation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Own the product and provide technical leadership for product lifecycle management.
• Define CPP and CQAs, and embed PCS into batch instructions and SOP.
• Develop and execute testing strategy for product development.
• Generate and execute process validation plans for new products.
• Maintain CPV with Real Time Trending and data analysis.
• Lead material change assessment and qualification strategies for changes.
• Support NRFT reduction through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance during product transfer to ensure robust processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product, be the subject matter expert and provide technical leadership on portfolio.
• Maintain PLM inputs and ensure they are actively updated.
• Define CPPs and CQAs, document PCS and embed in batch instructions.
• Define testing strategy during product development and manage validation plans.
• Monitor CPV, trend data, and escalate as needed for continuous improvement.
• Lead material change assessments and qualification strategies as required.
• Support product transfers with technical leadership and robust documentation.
