Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership across the product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing release and production.

You will improve manufacturability, resolve complex issues, support FAI, and drive continuous improvement. The role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, productivity, cycle time, and cost, while guiding supplier qualification and the onboarding of outsource manufacturers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field required.
• 8–10 years manufacturing engineering/related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development from design through manufacturing release and production.
• Review and improve product designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve complex mechanical and production issues.
