Job summary

Haleon in Malaysia is recruiting a Site Pharmacist to join our Manufacturing Operations team. You will lead a team of production operators, ensure safe, high-quality products, and uphold GMP standards in line with our zero-defects objective.

Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, you will drive operational performance, deliver training, and support continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Possess a Type A Poison License.
• Strong manufacturing ops experience in pharma or FMCG with GMP.
• Proven people leadership in a production setting.
• Knowledge of production processes and performance management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of production operators to achieve daily targets safely and in GMP compliance.
• Monitor shop floor performance, identify issues in real time, and drive problem solving.
• Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, and training.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures; participate in audits and investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve site goals of zero accidents, defects, and waste.
