Job summary

Camfil Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a fresh engineering graduate to support management and the costing, production, and development teams in Batu Gajah. You will help meet manufacturing goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate with an Engineering Degree or an Engineering Diploma with 2 years' relevant experience
• Good technical knowledge of required job skills
• Proven track record of being a self-starter and leader
• Experience in handling technical drawing software, e.g. AutoCAD/SolidWorks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A team player

Responsibilities

• Process monitoring and analysis of performance and recommend actions to ensure compliance
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction are achieved
• Propose and coordinate changes to improve quality, efficiency and competitiveness
• Liaise with team members to coordinate changes to product and process
• Propose cost reductions arising from process and product changes
• Work with other departments to ensure corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure projects are completed on time with optimum resources
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Maintain BOM and article numbers for materials and finished goods
• Responsible for activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy
• Carry out duties in line with QHSE policies and SOPs
