Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome (0–1 year experience).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, time study, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production line layout planning, time studies, and work measurement activities.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement.
• Assist in capacity planning, manpower planning, and line balancing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
• Support standard work documentation, SOP creation, and process mapping.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process changes as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
