Job summary

Webby Group is seeking a passionate Product Owner to drive the development of our Cloud and AI products. You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, designers, engineers, and AI Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver solutions that solve real business problems.

As the voice of the customer, you will own the backlog, translate needs into user stories, and ensure the team delivers maximum value while continuously improving product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, BA, PM, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlog.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and identify product opportunities.
• Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and AI Solution Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and market need.
• Plan and participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Validate completed work to ensure it meets business requirements and quality expectation.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches and customer adoption.
