Job summary

Signify is seeking a detail-oriented Product Marketing Operations professional to join the SEA Marketing & Commercial Excellence team. The role focuses on product administration, ETO processing, forecast management, and pricing logistics across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven, organized, and capable of managing transactional tasks across product setup, pricing systems, and operational workflows, contributing to streamlined master data and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years in product administration or pricing operations.
• Experience with ERP/PRM/pricing tools (SAP, Vistex, CPQ).
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Validate SKU data and maintain product master data in SAP.
• Submit and track 12NC activations (PRT) with country teams.
• Manage PIPO: audit SKU records and databases for accuracy.
• Receive and validate ETO requests; track approvals and logs.
• Activate ETO 12NCs via PRT and configure pricing on approval.
• Execute monthly/quarterly QxP uploads; fix pricing discrepancies.
• Configure pricing tiers in Vistex and SAP; assist CPQ standardization.
• Support NPI ramp-up by coordinating sample activation and demo box requests.
• Maintain CLP setup and lifecycle documentation.
• Follow SOPs and identify process improvements.
