Job summary

Lyreco Singapore Malaysia is seeking a pricing and sourcing professional to drive profitable growth through effective pricing structures and strategic supplier management. You will bridge cost management, pricing execution, and supply continuity to support category performance.

Responsibilities include pricing strategy, margin analysis, RFQ/RFP sourcing, and ensuring SAP data integrity, with a focus on competitiveness and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain with exposure to Data Analytics or Finance.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and strong negotiation and commercial thinking, with sourcing experience.
• Effective communicator, fluent in English and native language.
• Knowledge of margin and pricing logic including supplier or commercial exposure and trade terms.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement pricing structures aligned with category strategy.
• Monitor and manage pricing performance, price realization, and leakage.
• Support price adjustments: cost changes, market competitiveness.
• Costing & Margin Management: Analyze cost structures and margin performance at SKU and category level; perform what-if simulations.
• Market & Competitive Benchmarking: Benchmark against key brands and market alternatives; pricing validation through internal systems.
• System & Data Governance: Maintain pricing and costing accuracy in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and audit requirements.
• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead sourcing activities via RFQ/RFP; cost benchmarking.
• Strategic Sourcing for substitution opportunities and cost-down initiatives.

• Pricing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement pricing structures aligned with category strategy
• Monitor and manage: Pricing performance, Price realization and leakage
• Support price adjustments : Cost Changes , Market competitiveness
• Costing & Margin Management : Analyze cost structures and margin performance at SKU and category level , Conduct what-if simulations: Price increase , pass thru and promotional initiatives.
• Market & Competitive Benchmarking : Benchmark against key brands and market alternatives , Pricing Validation thru internal pricing clawing system.
• System & Data Governance : Maintain pricing and costing accuracy in SAP
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and audit requirements
• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead sourcing activities : RFQ / RFP processes, Cost benchmarking
• Strategic Sourcing for Substitution opportunities , Cost-down alternatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with exposure to Data Analytics or Finance, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills, with sourcing experience.
• Effective communicator, well-versed in verbal and written communication in English and the native language.
• Relevant working experience with the ability to understand margin and pricing logic, including:
• Supplier or commercial exposure
• Understanding of trade terms (rebates, MOQs, credit terms)
• Knowledge of markup and cost pass-through concepts.
