Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager for a F&B supply chain ecommerce platform in Malaysia (Selangor). You will own product decisions to enhance the supply chain system.

Analyze and improve purchasing, automate procurement workflows from forecasting to PO, and manage SKU profitability. Implement initiatives to reduce waste and develop forecasting dashboards. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimize margins and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Product Management experience with ownership of product delivery in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or demand forecasting.
• Proven ability to transform manual business processes into automated solutions.
• Experience owning features end to end, from problem definition and requirements gathering to launch and performance measurement.
• Strong skills in writing clear requirements, collaborating with engineers, and validating delivered solutions.
• Data-driven approach with experience improving metrics such as margin, inventory, and waste.
• Comfortable working closely with operational teams and observing workflows firsthand to design effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve the purchasing process by identifying delays and inefficiencies.
• Automate procurement workflows, from demand forecasting to purchase order creation.
• Manage and monitor SKU-level profitability, including costs and selling prices.
• Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve tracking, reporting, and e-commerce processes.
• Maintain product and supplier data and develop forecasting reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve margins through better cost, pricing, and waste management.
