Job summary

4Fingers Crispy Chicken in Sabah/Kota Kinabalu region seeks a procurement professional to manage day-to-day supply chain for F&B items, ensuring uninterrupted stock for Sabah and Sarawak outlets.

You will source and procure products efficiently, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with 3PL partners to guarantee timely delivery while adhering to Malaysian regulations. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

Job description

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for food and beverage items to Sabah and Sarawak outlets, ensuring uninterrupted supply.

Source and procure food and beverage products efficiently, applying a resourceful and solution-oriented approach.

Independently identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to meet budgeted COGS and operating expenses.

Coordinate with 3PL partners, shipping, and logistics to ensure timely delivery, adhering to Malaysian regulations.

Monitor supplier performance and service levels, driving continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Plan and manage material procurement to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.

Work with HODs to provide rolling forecasts and vendor projections to maintain supply continuity.

Conduct vendor audits and maintain compliance standards for food and beverage suppliers.

Knowledgeable in applying permits and regulatory documentation required for the movement of food and beverage products.

Perform market surveys to support sourcing, negotiation, and cost benchmarking.

Generate procurement reports to support budgets, warehouse planning, and strategic initiatives.

Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.

Support ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Able to travel as when required.
