Job summary

BeONE Mobile in Shah Alam is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile connectivity and app-based services, from ideation to launch and optimization.

You will define roadmaps, prioritize features, coordinate with engineering, design, marketing and operations, and monitor performance with data-driven metrics. This role emphasizes market research, pricing refinement, and seamless app experiences.

Qualifications

• Product management skills including roadmap planning, requirement definition, and feature prioritization.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities using data, market insights, and user feedback.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
• Experience with mobile apps, digital platforms, or telecom services, including understanding of user experience and subscription models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies to stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS; PM or agile certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in telecommunications/MVNO or technology sector with knowledge of Malaysian market dynamics.
