Job summary

Versa Asia Sdn Bhd invites a Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead mobile app initiatives, guiding end-to-end product cycles from discovery to go-to-market. You will own feature roadmaps, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Design and customer-facing teams.

The role emphasizes mentoring the product team toward a customer-driven culture, data-informed strategy, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary education in related program.
• Minimum 3 years(for Manager) or 5 years(for Senior Product Manager) of leadership experience in financial service sector.
• Experience developing and growing mobile app products.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive execution of roadmap for new features/products while managing team budget.
• Work closely with Marketing to hit customer acquisition goals and targets.
• Collaborate with Engineers, designers, and testers to define features, write specs, user stories, create wireframes and prototypes.
• Lead, train and mentor the Product team towards a customer-driven product culture.
• Analyse data, research & market analysis to communicate product strategies to stakeholders.
