Qualifications

• Experience or strong understanding of the insurance industry.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate insights into product actions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop or enhance products.
• Develop value propositions, pricing, and positioning.
• Create marketing and sales collateral to communicate value.
• Train sales teams on product features and benefits.
• Monitor product performance and iterate on improvements.
• Build relationships with insurers and brokers to drive collaboration.
