Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman) in Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager for Computers & Communications in the Purchasing Department. You will manage end-to-end procurement, develop product and sales plans, and collaborate with marketing on promotions to drive sales.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing with 3+ years in a related field, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Product Manager (Computers & Communications - Purchasing Department)

Investigates, selects, and develops products for an organization, performing the activities of product management.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities

Develop and execute merchandising plan, product range plan, and sales plan throughout the product lifecycle in all outlets and channels (Online, Offline and Corporate)

Work closely with marketing to create effective and innovative promotions to maximize sales and return

Ensure right products and inventory levels are brought in to support business operation and meet monthly required inventory holding

Carry out business trend, market opportunity and competition analysis

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

About you

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in related field

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Capable to work well as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision

Able to thrive in high-stress and fast-paced environment

Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

Data analytical skills

Commercial sense and good negotiation abilities

Possess knowledge and experience in product and business development
