Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Product Associate/Manager for its EDS team to translate business challenges into scalable data, BI, and AI products. You will orchestrate across commercial units and delivery teams, drive roadmaps, and ensure adoption of AI-enabled data solutions.

The role partners with Data Analytics Leads, Data Engineers, and Product Engineers to deliver high-value dashboards and insights using Looker and PowerBI on Google Cloud, while aligning with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or relevant field.
• 3+ years for Associate; 5+ years for Manager in product management/tech consulting.
• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in Agile/Scrum with backlog management in Jira/Confluence.
• Familiarity with Looker, PowerBI, SQL and data architectures for reporting designs.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and cloud ecosystems (GCP) for product features.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into product definitions, personas and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to user adoption.
• Guide scoping, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts to prove feasibility and ROI.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Data teams on roadmaps and backlog.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance in BI products.
